  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

Property Access

  • Electronic entry.
  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles; exterior stairs to the property level.
  • Elevator access to property level.
  • Parking: Assigned Parking Labeled 2119 - Under Building.
  • The Fitness Center is directly across the street from the parking lot within walking distance.
  • Please use the outdoor showers to wash sand off feet before entering the townhome. Shake towels and articles of clothing outside before washing to prevent clogging the washing machine water line with sand.

  • No pets allowed. Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets. Owners only.
  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires acceptance of the rental agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Parking Information

  • Assigned covered parking for two vehicles; exterior stairs to the property level.
  • Parking: Assigned Parking Labeled 2119 - Under Building.
  • Ocean Dunes covered parking is not suitable for large SUVs; please use visitor parking for large vehicles (first come, first serve).
  • Parking pass is required.
  • No facilities for charging golf carts at Ocean Dunes.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • High-speed Wi-Fi provided.
  • Rec Center pool is open year-round except during holidays or for routine or emergency maintenance.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; pool closures may be dictated by HOA or Health Department, or due to storms. No refunds will be issued for these closures.
  • Bed linens provided; beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels provided, bathmats in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. (Guest must make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.)
  • Bring: Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Please use outdoor showers to remove sand before entering. Shake towels and clothing outside before washing to prevent washing machine clogs.

Elevator Policies

  • Elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA compliance or wheelchair accessibility. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners are not responsible if the elevator is not operating during your stay. No refunds for elevator closures.
